After the failure of the company observed on the ground through insufficient mobilization, unsatisfactory performance and a lack of perspective in terms of the conduct and completion of the project, the Minister of Public Works signed on March 22, 2024 , a decision terminating contract No. 179/M/MINTP/CIPM-TCRI/2022, awarded after call for tenders, for the execution of construction works on the Bouam-Diang-Andom section.
The decision of the Minister of Public Works specifies that the company will not be able to bid for a call for tenders for a period of two years.
