« I am an employee of the autonomous sinking fund and I had the privilege of being sent back to school to improve my knowledge through my company even though I was already a human resources director. I express a feeling of gratitude to my superiors because it was very difficult between managing the family, his job, personal affairs and following his training. In all honesty, here discipline is required as for full-time students, lateness was observed and punished, after all this pressure there is something to be said for this day with the presentation of the parchment. I would first like to thank my former CEO and deputy, the current CEO, my training comrades, my wife, the warmth of my children and the whole family. This training was necessary for me because I am moving from personnel administration to human resources management with all that this entails in terms of career management ».

« I am very happy for this graduation ceremony because I finished here at Cradat in 2019 with obtaining my professional license and the Master II in human resources. Today I am delighted to receive my diplomas which will open the doors to the professional world for me, either in a company or on my own».
Bazié Bassolma, PCA Cradat
"The Cradat was created in January 1965 by our predecessors who have a communist vision of Africa with the joining of administrative skills to serve the State, to better manage the central pillar which is human resources, the first capital of the State which is the human resource. Today, we awarded diplomas to students who passed through this institution which today numbers in the thousands, we congratulate firstly the leaders of Cameroon for putting in place a set of necessary conditions so that Cradat can maintain Le Cap and achieve convincing and tangible results.
I take advantage of your platform which is offered to me to launch a solemn appeal to all of my colleagues who officiate in labor administration in the respective countries to put all the conditions in place to allow this administration to stand. To the winners, I wish them good luck, their predecessors had no difficulty entering the professional world and I wish them the same radiant career because there is room for them under the sun. The essential challenge that remains for us is to ensure that the Cradat does not give in and that it continues the work for which it was put in place because any poor management of human resources gives rise to crises. and a developmental blockage. Everyone who passes here must think of African unity because tomorrow they will be called to positions of very high responsibility and it is their way of doing things that will allow Africa to stand up"
