The organizing committee of the Miss VENTA competition announces for the month of April the castings of the candidates to win for the second crown of this beauty competition in the service of hygiene and sanitation.
The race for the second crown of the Miss Venta competition is on. Having reached the online registration phase via the site www.missventa.escrutin.net, which began in February 2024, many candidates have already been registered and the committee continues to receive potential candidates, who will compete to succeed mademoiselle NZOPPA LELE Marie-Paule.
As is traditional in beauty contests, Miss Venta gives the opportunity to the young girl (without distinction of nationality but residing in Cameroon) who meets the following requirements: be aged between 18 and 30 years old, be in school (student in first/final year or student) or exercising a liberal profession, have a minimum height of 1m55 without heels, have natural beauty, have never been convicted, speak French and/or English and a mother tongue of Cameroon or Africa, be carrier of an entrepreneurial or social project focused on water, hygiene and sanitation.
The Miss Venta competition, launched in 2023, by a young organizing committee set up by the company Venta Investments Company Limited, to contribute to the fight against benign and tropical diseases, including the fight against unsanitary conditions, benefits from institutional sponsorship of the Ministry of Public Health, through the technical support of its sub-directorate in charge of hygiene and sanitation which ensures compliance with the regulations in force in relation to public health policies in Cameroon .
Venta Investments Company Limited, for 18 years, has been actively present among the Cameroonian populations for the eradication of harmful disease vectors (mice, cockroaches, mosquitoes, snakes, fleas, bedbugs, etc.), through the practice of anti-parasitic control and vector control. Very often summarized by disinfection, rodent control, pest control, dereptilization, and total fumigation services for optimal health.
And for assistance to vulnerable groups, the Miss Venta competition was initiated to raise awareness and assess the need while providing solutions for their well-being. A fight well understood by the winner of the 2023 edition, the very first, Miss NZOPPA LELE Marie-Paule.
It is therefore a tough test for the new candidates who will have to shine through the difference and promote the fight linked to hygiene and sanitation.
