Mobilized on March 13, 2024 between Bandjoun and Bafang, this company is currently carrying out work to treat potholes and install bituminous concrete on the sections already treated.
Started in November 2023, this maintenance work, the aim of which is to treat critical areas of the Bandjoun-Pont du Nkam section, is already starting to have an effect on the traffic of this axis, the reconstruction of which is scheduled. We note that on March 13, 2024, the company carried out intense activities at the level of PK 65+800.
This work, the cost of which includes tax, is 2,192,443,128 F CFA and includes several services including clearing; repairing potholes along the route with crushed gravel and bituminous concrete, repairing the base layer with gravel bitumen, thickness 7 cm; sanded impregnation (on the shoulder); the implementation of two-layer surface coating on the shoulders; the execution of a bonding layer and the covering in bituminous concrete with a thickness of 7 cm or in cold-cast emulsion coating with a thickness of 7 cm.
In addition to these services, the cleaning and/or repair of concreted or masonry earth ditches and gutters, the cleaning and/or repair of rectangular concreted ditches with slabs and the construction of a section box culvert are also planned. 1x1m including the work of heads and the arrangement of deviations.
