« Many things are going to change. This sector was already under the aegis of a pharmacy convention, yet these are family businesses. Now, the distribution structures are large, multinational companies. As you know, we've identified a problem, which is why we've introduced a new agreement to govern this sector. Salaries have already been increased by 5%, 10% and 15%, and transport bonuses have been increased. The calculation for leave and transport bonuses has been revised upwards, and all categories have also benefited from an increase in medals. Also, labor relations will change between workers and employers. We've received all this in order to achieve symbiosis within the sector's companies. We started with bipartite dialogue, and that's why people don't hear the noises coming from this sector. ».
