This is the substance of the direct quote served to the university teacher, a copy of which reached our editorial staff for acts with which he is accused in the context of the dispute between Dame Tsemo and Mr. James Gabriel Mouangue Kobila, president of the CDHC.
The direct citation was served to him on Wednesday March 27 in his secretariat around 1 p.m. with the grounds of defamation by means of electronic communications or an information system then for contempt of a body and of an official.
For the facts with which he is accused, he is expected before the court of first instance of Yaoundé administrative center this Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 7:30 a.m. sharp. This is a ramification of the case of alleged sexual harassment of which Dame Tsemo was allegedly a victim in the context of her duties at the CDHC. Let us already point out that the latter was dismissed and ordered to pay costs on March 12 by the Yaoundé district court, an administrative center ruling on summary proceedings from hour to hour. Consequently, she herself is the subject of defamation proceedings initiated by the president of the CDHC.
